COMMON REQUIREMENTS
• A valid teaching permit issued by the Minister of Education or eligibility to obtain a teaching permit issued by the Minister of Education
• An excellent knowledge of oral and written English
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT
• Certified carpenter or hold a degree from an accredited university or college in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and industrial experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of current experience with demonstrated relevant project experience, advanced working knowledge of building construction and the applicable code standards.
• Ability to read architectural blueprints.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence.
