Position Tasks
➢ Greeting customers and handling all inquiries they may have.
➢ Answering phone calls and other messages.
➢ Providing appointments to customers.
➢ Providing customers with explanations and pricing for technical repairs required on their
vehicles based on recommendations from the mechanics.
➢ Collecting payments from customers.
➢ Ordering/managing parts and tire inventory.
➢ Communicating with vendors and suppliers.
➢ Using computer applications to manage workflow.
➢ Communicating with the employer to provide updates or concerns.
➢ Additional duties may apply as directed by the employer.
