Family Ties is searching for a coordinator to implement a project entitled "Adapting to Challenges Together" in order to equip the organization's team with the necessary knowledge and tools to support the community through future challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out needs assessments / information gathering with the community, partners and personnel
  Organize logistics for training based on these needs


• Support the personnel in setting and reaching individual goals, including self care
  Take the lead in helping the personnel to create a resilience strategy, including an emergency response plan
